is there no end?

I have suffered for over 40 years. The thing is, I have a huge family and noone else has this problem. They try to get close to me. I cant let them. I am a very attractive woman and I am single because I cannot have a normal relationship with a man. If anyone gets too close, I get away quickly. How can I say whats really wrong?? The worst part was when my 6 year old nephew told me that my breath smells like a fart. I have tried everything. Nothing works for me. Its crazy because I am a woman--with feelings and wants and needs. I didn't think that my life would be over in elementary school when the kids started teasing me.
I saw some new things on this site and I will try some of them. Some I have already tried. Thank you for letting me know that there are other people going through something similar
