A lot of people lately on my site. I think that response to Dr. Yehuda was really good. Many people were visiting our forum, read the interview etc. Good things are happening. I think internet will help us solve this thing someday. I remembered few years when all i had were books and no info inside. I remembered that once i read something about bad breath that the digestion of fats is causing that we have a bad breath. And the cure was to eat no fat at all. What a lame book that was.

I will try to interview more people for our site. I got few positive responses and i think that these researchers can help us somehow.

Still the same song is playing ;), I mean I still have a bad breath. I a using Jala Neti, that is flushing sinuses with warm salt water. But the important factor is to add the appropriate ammount of natural salt. I use 1 teaspoon of salt for one litre of warm water. I started to add hydrogen peroxide, just one teaspoon. It burns a little but not too much. Jala Neti is so good, but as I said you have to add the right amount of salt, if you add too less salt then it hurts like hell. I do not know what happens if you add too much. Probably pain also :).
I hope the nightmare will be over soon. I do not want to get old and still have this bad breath. I some how just used to live without a girlfriend. Usually I have few girlfriends during the year for a month or few days in worst cases. If I get a girl in bed in first night I met her she is not looking for a LTR and vice versa. The best thing to do is th keep her waiting for a month before sex and she will probably want to marry you :).

I do not think I am prepared to marry ever. Because I know that sooner or later the girl I am with will start to hate my bad breath and everything will go to hell. I rather live alone. I know what the horrible stuff dod the *censored* I dated for 5 years. A *censored*ing nightmare. I do not want to go thru that once again. No way hombre.

She cheated me on every step, looking at other guys when we were outside and flirt with them in front of me. I do not need such a woman, really not.

I have to write new stuff that happened to me during few days. I was out with my friend and we were talking to a group of women and one of them was like touching her nose all the times and used smell like shit quite a lot in conversation. She did not tell me that directly but still I got the point. So I do not have to ask people what my breath smell like - it smells like shit.

I get really frustrated if someone is touching his nose when I talk to them. It really pisses me off. And then I start to behave not so nicely anymore. I try to joke them back or something like that.

I think that this shit smell doesn't necessarily come from intestines but from bacteria from the back of the throat, that produce the same smell as intestinal bacteria. This smell must be horrible. I must say that I do not have strong body odor. It just smells like sweat if I do not shower or if I come home all sweaty. But if I eat a lot of garlic and onion the sweat smells awful. I tried to pick some new girls yesterday but it seems they see me only like a smelly guy that they do not want to date.

I used some peroxide with tongue brush and cleand the tongue way back. Peroxide really helps. But I see that becteria become resistant and the peroxide does not have the same effect it had few days ago.
