Here's a standard recipe I use a lot for green smoothies: 1. I Pour 16 ounces of water into the blender. 2. I then Add one banana, which I break up into about four pieces. Then I blend. This banana is a good base for the green smoothie. 3. Now I start adding greens. I like to cycle between kale, col...

Hi everyone. I haven't been here in a long time, but I just thought I would check back in. Green Smoothies work. It's as simple as that. The Chlorophyll in the green smoothie is what makes your breath stop stinking. Chlorophyll is known to de-odorize the body. It even says so on the bottles of chlor...

Yes, the raw food diet does work if you seriously give it a go. It is kind of like the Titanic Ocean Liner. It takes a long time to turn an ocean liner ship around, and the same goes for your body. It takes a long time of eating a raw diet for you to turn your body around from ACID regular foods (ba...

Grains are evil. They cause bad breath in dogs, and I believe they cause bad breath in humans. I'm seriously thinking that Celiac Disease, or possibly Grain Sensitivity, may be at the root of all our problems with bad breath. But to confirm my theory, I want to know if anybody here has been diagnose...

Yes, grains are possibly the hardest type of food to stop eating. I used to eat grains with pretty much every meal. Most Americans do this. I read that grains have opioids in them that make them possibly the most addictive of all foods. It used to be I couldn't seriously imagine no longer eating the...

One more thing I've recently come to realize. Grains (Wheat, Corn, Rice, et cetera) are even more HIDEOUSLY EVIL than I thought. They cause: 1. Obesity 2. Bad Breath Halitosis 3. Celiac Disease 4. And I think they may even cause my Tourette Syndrome that I've had ever since I was a kid. (I have a mi...

Deebas: Here's how I typically make my green smoothies: 1. I first pour 2 cups (16 fluid ounces) of water into the blender 2. Then I add at least 2 bananas, maybe 3. I break each banana in half so it fits better into the blender. I blend the bananas first to make my base. (Bananas make an excellent,...

I agree that 100 percent raw is not the "total health" answer. But I do experience that the more raw you eat, the better your breath will be. (Works for me anyway). I normally eat cooked food on the weekends, maybe that is why I have not experienced any bad health side effects like you did...

Hello: I always try to eat the raw diet, and it works when I do it. I eat the good trio of bad-breath-destroying foods: Fruits, Vegetables, and Green Leafy Smoothies. However, on weekends I like to break the diet (because I usually hang out with my friends on the weekends) so that's when I eat the e...

Hello: I found this pdf with a list of the choline content of foods. (Since TMAU people must avoid choline). Interestingly, the most choline-dense food seems to be eggs. Last night I went over to a friend's house, he made me a drink with raw eggs in it. Later on, he started saying "What's that ...

Archimonde: I've personally noticed that my bad breath tends to go away when I drink green smoothies. I think it might have to do with pH. (The acid-alkaline balance in our body). When you drink green smoothies, and eat a lot of vegetables, your body pH shifts toward alkaline status, which helps wit...

I want this gone: Some people have different food allergies than others. It is a very big mistake to say that since some people react certain ways to a food, that therefore all people react the same way to that food. My belief is that those of us with lifelong bad breath are allergic to some kind of...

My advice is: 1. Get off grains. Cut all grains out of your diet. 2. Whenever you feel the urge to eat grains, eat fruit instead. 3. Drink a green smoothie everyday. It seems like the chlorophyll in the green smoothie helps get rid of bad breath. 4. If that regime does not work, try cutting out meat...

Sounds like you were having "food combining" problems. If you combine the wrong type of foods, it can lead to gas and other health problems. Also, if you jump right into 100 percent raw, with no transition time, you can become very ill, because you body starts to detox too fast. You have t...
