I think i've found the source of my BB, after running a finger around different parts of my gums. The smell is a bit like vinegar everywhere except my lower left teeth, more towards the wisdom tooth.

Would this suggest that removing the wisdom tooth might resolve my BB?

This is interesting, I believe the chewing may be a contributing factor in my BB.

Other than starting to chew properly what other action could i take to help clear out the debris left from 10-15 years of not chewing properly?

Would using ground down zinc gluconate instead of salt in a neti pot have a good/bad effect?

Just thinking outside the box, anyone tried this? Might be good for the sinuses, might not!
