Was it obvious that you needed your filling replaced or did you do this on your own accord? Did it smell around that tooth when flossing? How does someone know whether to replace their amalgam filling or any other filling? Dentists dont seem to be able to recognise any issue in my mouth not even the...

Do you have tonsil stones?
If not then dont proceed. If you have tonsil stones then your finger should smell very very bad when pressed against the tonsils.
Are your tonsils full of crypts? Again if they are they should also smell bad when touched due to food and bacteria accumulating in them.

Why is retardex a specialised product yet makes the condition it is suppose to help worse? I have always felt my bb was worse using retardex mouthwash and toothpaste but kept on using them because I thought it must help my bb even though my mouth felt less fresh. After a while I just couldnt continu...

I have just ordered chorophyll liquid and tablets.
Have you tried these before your smoothie?
A smoothie isnt practical for me during the weekday so I am hoping the cholorphyll liquid and tablets will suffice.
Will try the smoothie on the weekend though.

Just an update. I can say that the metronidazole has definitely helped me but I am still not sure if I am BB free. I no longer feel like I have BB anymore as my mouth always feels fresh even when I wake in the morning. It is this fact of feeling fresh first thing in the morning which makes me appreh...

I had tonsillectomy 8 months ago and it improved my BB about 70%. When ever I brush my teeth back then I couldnt never be free from BB. After the tonsillectomy, I am BB free after brushing but the BB comes back after a few hours. The worst thing for me before the tonsillectomy was when I yawned. The...

Just go to your doc and say that you have recently recovered from another tonsil infection. Says its the fourth this year and you get it every year and are fed up with it so you would like them out. My doc was willing to put me through the NHS but as I have private healthcare through my work I inste...

From my experience this is what I would do: Do you have smelly tonsil stones? If so get a Tonsillectomy. Following my tonsillectomy my bad breath reduced by about 70%. Do you have impacted wisdom teeth where bacteria can be hiding under gum flaps? If so remove it. Next check that the rest of your te...

Just make an appointment with him and say that you have just recovered from another throat infection and that as you frequently get throat infections which cause puss to build up in the tonsils you want to have them removed. State a frequency like 4 times a year every year. He will then approve tons...
