So for you would the next step be to get a upper endoscopy done? (to check for polyps in stomach/upper intestine or hardening of mass causing bb).

Maybe also get lower endoscopy to see if there are blockages or polyps or other abnormal stuff causing bb?

I think you should get your adenoids taken out, if you have already tried everything else, this could be your solution. I think out of all the operations adenoids is the easiest.

As we all know it can be difficult to be social having our problem.
Who would like to meet up in london and maybe get a drink or do something?
Just to relax and have some fun.

I only went that route because I had no other choice. No one was willing to perform tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy on me. So I finally found a surgeon (after seeing many) who was willing to do tonsillectomy but he only does it by laser, so I had to settle for that. He did not think I need adenoidectomy...
