Get off the amoxicillin asap. There are a few antibiotics that are promising for our problem and I know amoxicillin is not one of them. Youre just killing off your normal, healthy flora.

did you say your stools are clay-colored? because that could indicate a bile duct obstruction. Clay-colored stools are not normal, I know that much.
