Im surprised the antibiotics wouldn't eradicate H Pylori in the mouth as well so the possibility of re-infection would be gone. So it would be a good idea to see the dentist during the treatment for a full scale and polish then or is it more complicated to eradicate?

The NHS will do it you just need to exaggerate. See a new doctor, complain of sore throats and tonsil inflammation.
