What did the tongue cleaning involve?

I have BB, and if my partner got it, it would be enough to make me leave her because its grose, and I don't know how people put up with me on bad BB days.

It took many days for bleeding to stop all together, then lightly brushing around the sockets made them bleed more. K-Force is junk, i have bought most major things, still tongue brushing & scraping lots every morning followed up with biotene saliva enzyme spray works ok, not perfect but noticeably better.

i had all four out, lower 2 impacted, made no difference at all...

hello people, still having a great result with tongue brushing then scraping then using enzyme spray. I finally feel like a part of society again. My confidence is starting to grow!

Has anyone else tried a saliva enzyme like this? No offense Paul, but I don't trust people with low post counts linking to specific products. I understand 100% but it is not some $40 magic cure mouthwash, im in little old australia and i paid $14 for this stuff, the usa link for it is for about $5 ...
