Read up on the important nutritivevalue of choline. i'd rather have bad breath than have have poor brain function. the point is to ensure that we don't have excess choline not that we don't have any choline. anyway, i don't buy this stuff.

Celiac

Anyone got tested for Celiac's. I think I may have many of the symptoms. I think Autuser went on a gluten free diet for two months ? Did it improve your breath in any noticeable manner ?

I tried Kefir a few months ago. I just bought the stuff you get at whole foods. Apparently, to get the true benefits you need get the seeds and make it yourself. Have been too lazy to do that. kefir upset my stomach a bit. I tried some german saurkraut (imported). Didn't help me much.

Something that Stanislaw wrote really caught my attention. Apparently salivarius helps digest protein. I had compreh...

Thanks for the info. I have been taking two different types of probiotics and a whole lot of other stuff - see the "my thoughts" post. My digestion is definitely better. I can digest chicken just fine - my stomach can't handle beef. Things were going really well and then I added flax seed ...

How is the salivarius treatment going. My particular probiotics regimen is ok. There are some benefits - but they have levelled off. Looking for other strategies and the salivarius seems promising. keep us posted. take care.

Caustic and Mean Spirited Comments from users on this forum

Some of the comments are becoming more caustic and mean spirited (and quite frankly really immature). All this will do is chase users away and discourage people (who may have potentially useful information to provide) from posting comments. Those of you attacking other users (and you know who you ar...
