Read up on the important nutritivevalue of choline. i'd rather have bad breath than have have poor brain function. the point is to ensure that we don't have excess choline not that we don't have any choline. anyway, i don't buy this stuff.

I tried Kefir a few months ago. I just bought the stuff you get at whole foods. Apparently, to get the true benefits you need get the seeds and make it yourself. Have been too lazy to do that. kefir upset my stomach a bit. I tried some german saurkraut (imported). Didn't help me much.

How is the salivarius treatment going. My particular probiotics regimen is ok. There are some benefits - but they have levelled off. Looking for other strategies and the salivarius seems promising. keep us posted. take care.
