Re: Gene mutations, molybdenum and active form of B12,B6 and Folate

Now I am doing whole plant based diet and I ate kidney beans with rice yesterday and today I regret it. No beans for me. My breath is off, because of the beans. When I did only fruit and v...

Ok that is a perfect anti candida and parasite diet. Don't forget to drink a lot of water. Maybe you can do a parasite detox and candida detox. I can't handle the keto breath that's why I avoid it like a plague. Im on a fruit+veg diet, dropping in weight. A Little worried about ketosis breath, will...

Re: Raw plant based diet update

Yes, weight is low priority for me too, my top priority is a woman lol, desperate for love.
How can a man charm a woman with his stinky breath and no confidence. it is such a terrible curse to have.

Re: Guys what about this challenge?

I do 30 days fasting once almost every year. It's only a temporary solution, and even that doesn't work 100%. Tongue has this off-white junk which mostly piles up on the dorsum. And soon as you get back to regular eating routine, it gets back. My breath quality is very, very poor. It's fecal and ve...

Re: Guys what about this challenge?

I did 30 days water fasting. Nothing good happens on permanent basis. Let the OP reinvent the wheel. 30 days thats dedication. What is your BB like? tonsilstones? Do you have coated tongue(heavy coating if left unscraped)? did it turn pink at some point? I do 30 days fasting once almost every year....
