Great. Thank you. I see they sell it at the vitamin shoppe and it doesnt cost as much as some of the expensive BB toothpastes.

i joined as a result to a link i found on wiki. im very thankful that i found this forum. learning a great deal and not feeling as alone with this problem. good idea with the wiki link.

Im new to the forum. I see some of you feel that Colgate Total helps with BB. i was wondering what toothpastes are best for this. How about Tom's of Maine. Maybe the cinnamon type...ive read that cinnamon may help.
