one filipino guy scrapes his tongue with inverted spoon up to the throat and he claimed that he is now free from halitosis.i do the same thing and i think its works at least temporarily.i noticed that anybody who comes close to me dont react anymore whenever i do this. but after hours im stinking ag...

hindi pa rin ako mapanatag kasi may mga nappapansin pa rin ako na may nagrereact o talagang nasanay na lang ako.pero talagang ginawa ko na talagang close to close ako sa mga kasamahan ko sa trabaho at todong paghinga sa harapan nila na dati ay nagrereact at ang masama ay dumudura pa pagtalikod ngayo...

Ill observe tommorow and do the same thing laughing close to persons i meet and if there are no reactions then this is really works.

I tried it and it looks it works i felt like an insane person smiling close to persons i met today and no reaction from them.before it was normal for them to press their noses when i get close to them.im hoping this is the end of my more than 20 years of suffering from bad breath.
