it would be far better if you took a product like Threelac. It's probiotics that specifically target candida. I'm currently using it with positive results. What positive results have you noticed? I took for a period of time a couple of years ago and noticed: Nothing :-({|= I was getting really bad ...

If this helps at all, I'm currently taking anti-fungal medicine and die-off effects from the yeast causes overproduction of mucus by quite a bit. So excessive mucus can also mean the expulsion off toxins.
From what I've heard diary products contribute also.

Despite all the pessimism, I thought it was a great story.
I still think that it is true to at least some extent no matter what. Especially because lack of stress always seems to make everything better in varying degrees.

JC: I personally just started using Ultimate Flora. It's 50 billion per capsule with 10 or so different bacteria. If you're taking something that's in really low doses...you probably won't notice much of an effect. The worst thing about SIBO is you never know how much probiotic you need. I say it's ...

JC, this is great news considering I recalled before that we have similar symptoms! For those who don't know, oil of oregano is not only an anti-biotic but also a very good antifungal. I'm definitely looking into purchasing this sometime in the future. I couldn't tell you why the oil of oregano is w...

Today I've been suffering mildly from "burning mouth/tongue syndrome." I just wanted to know whether anyone else on here has ever experienced this before? For anyone who's wondering: "Burning mouth syndrome is a relatively common condition that is characterized by a complaint of an ab...

I see you're kinda in a tough situation there. If I were you, I would see if your bb situation is at all similar to those who said it made it worse and I would see how reliable those sources of information really are. Were they objective or just subjective? You could also try supplementing with high...

Sorry to hear that JC. Luckily, my GI specialist is a really nice guy. I went to him before solely about bb and he ordered several tests just to check and see if anything was wrong. I think he ordered a barium swallow and something else involving the x-ray. I went to him again just two says ago abou...

They pricked blood sample before the endoscopy & the result was given after the procedure. I`ve had endoscopy twice & I`ve asked those doctors to do a bacterial culture from my stomach sample but they didn`t. I don`t think they took a sample in the first place. If you don`t mind, I`d like t...

Thanks JC. Good to know.
I'm just curious as to what kind of test you used to test for h.pylori...? Can you remember? Blood antibody test, stool antigen test, carbon urea breath test, or endoscopy with a rapid urease test and microbial culture?
Feel free to ask me anything you'd like to know.

Hey JC,
I'm kinda like you in that I cause other peoples noses to run. Do you have any stomach related problems? Acid Reflex? Weird feeling in chest/abdomen? Occasional sore throat in the morning? Eroding teeth?
Also, you said you've tried many things. What have you tried doing so far?

Hey Elliot, Thank for the advice. I just saw my general physician today who is a close family friend and he's pretty awesome about actually administering tests rather than just dismissing any requests and diagnosing you by symptoms alone. I mentioned my symptoms (minus the bb - sadly too embarassed)...

Jess, how bad is/was your bb? What kind of reactions do you get?
Also, have you experienced any side effects with that high of a dose?
