Do you mind sharing with us what your doing that might be improving ur breath?

Obviousley, sleeping affects our breath, but why? I've read it's due to lack of saliva flow or whatever and i understand that after a long night that'll cause us morning breath, but what happens when we take a nap? I mean sometimes i've shut my eyes for 15 minutes and i wake up with much worse breat...

To be honest i'm not sure. I've heard before that it smells like rotten egg.

To be honest as a kid I never had good oral hygiene, infact it was quite poor, thats until the day CH hit me. Sometimes I feel like if i'd just taken care of my mouth when I was younger I wouldn't be suffering with this curse today.
