Hey Congrats Oceanside. I fully agree with you. I am also one of those who totally gave up on millions of things that did not work…mouthwash, nasal irrigation, etc. and upon doing so, my dry mouth went away in a zap. It was the start of my recovery. I believe that there was a time in our life when s...

Believe me. People won't want to sit beside you when you have nasal bb. It's easy to test it. Go swimming in a crowded pool. With your armpit submerged into the water, stand near a group of people and do not speak. Observe for any reaction.

That's great Spygirl, but does less pnd = improved breath? Yes technically, provided your bb is caused by bacteria as they feed on the protein/phlegm. However, I couldn’t ascertain whether my bb is less offensive due solely to oregano caps as I am doing a lot of things to lessen/eliminate it. But I...

I am taking Oregano caps (Oragaresp) and I notice that my PND is much much better. I also sleep well. But you have to deal with a little after-taste which goes off 30 mins afterwards. However, I stopped nasal irrigation years ago- did not help my nasal bb nor my pnd at all, instead it made them worst.

In my experience, ingesting anything stronger than 1/4 teaspoon bs per 1/2 glass water 2xday does not bring relief to my bb, in fact anything stronger makes my bb catasthropic because my mouth dries out and my nasal bb becomes very bad. Same thing happens with using bs powder on my tung brush. Howev...

Last year I took a cab to airport and back. The cab driver initially asked me polite questions the moment I came in. I did not answer much- about 6-7 words the whole time I was in the cab. He rolled down his window but did not switch the aircon off. He'd rather have the scorching heat from outside b...

It is safe to ingest b.s. everyday. I tried the sodium ascorbate mix before but I used fresh lemon juice. Waited a few minutes 'till the frizz subsided- taste like alka seltzer. Although it is supposed to increase alkalinity level, I felt gassy and acidic that whole morning and my breath was terribl...

Beautiful, from where are you. Trying to synch my time with yours. I grew up in an Adventist church but strayed and got lost in my teens. I am renewing my faith since 2-3 years ago when my sis-in-law invited me to Cornerstone Church. I started as a pampered guest over the years but lately, I have be...

I went to a dental surgeon here last Thursday because of tooth implants. I do not have much teeth because of pregnancy and my teeth condition has been worsened by repeatedly altering my fixed bridge over the course of 7 years. Anyway, instead of 6 implants, I actually need 7. I have experienced pain...

Hi Mouth. Welcome to this site. I hope you won't mind if I share my experiences/regime with you. 1. No form of yoghurt has EVER helped my bb, the effect of probiotic in there does not outweigh the horrible effect of dairy. 2. In response to no.1, I am better off with calcium supplement and Acidophil...

There's someone on this board, Spygirl, who said her daughter's bb dissapear when she takes vitamin supplement. Worth the try too. My daughter is 8. I started noticing her bb the time she had persistent runny nose before. The doctor said she has nasal allergy. The runny nose went away but her bb di...
