I'm also a constant gum chewer, not so much when at home as i don't have to worry so much. I'm always chewing at work as i work with the public but i know it doesnt help, just makes me feel that little bit protected. Mint flavour goes within 10 mins or so...then it tastes horrible and i want to spit...

Yeah i have bad taste in my mouth constantly, this is due to my PND. It's always there but varies in strength, do you get a metalic taste or lingering taste after eating certain foods or possibly when drinking alcohol?
If you drink that is!!
