Guys have you sniffed water and then blow your noseto nullify bad smell from the nose? Try it, I think it works...but using regular tap water I think doesn't help/makes it works, I'm guessign because it contains chlorine. Try natural spring water, and don't use ozonized water because when I used it,...

yes cold pressed extra virgin olive oil...i swallow it...and aydinmur im not saying you are incorrect but it also fights off bad smell from the nose, so alot more is happening

well i take it in the morning on empty stomach

Daily consumption of unheated extra virgin olive oil has helped me against bad breath and smell from nose

sorry i made a mistake with respect to whiteheads...i dont have whiteheads on my nose...its something else

Alrite guys remember how I posted that I was taking vitamin b12 and it was helping with my bad breath and Susie(another forum member also felt that way and said it reduced her bad breath upto 60% after taking it for a period of time), well i guess i had similar issue it helped me reduce my bad breat...

hey i have serious witehead poble on my nose area....i clean em up almost everyday but they come back by next day...did you use to get rid off your whiteheads daily before you rubbed em off the way you described it?

how did you get a vitamin b12 test? was it a blood test?

how much b12 is in it? it should be in the label
