Viva, what brand of probotics do you use? I bought the Culturelle but they are so expensive but they really work. I can go for like 8 hrs without brushing and tongue scraping and no yeast on my tongue. That hasn't happened in 8 yrs.

So you take your antifungal and the probotics at the same time? I read some other post on here and they said to take 4 hrs apart. How does the Dr test you for that? I went to see my herb lady last week she did a ion cleanse and she said I have a lot of yeast if my body. But I will have to Dr check it out to make sure that is what it really is.
