As soon as I stopped rinsing out my tonsils with chlorhexidine, my breath took a dive and I developed a monster tonsil stone that I've been able to feel growing for weeks. I haven't had a tonsil stone bother me in years of irrigating..This proves to me it is very important for us to irrigate our ton...

Very interesting. Congratulations, man! Seems like chronic type 1 halitosis is almost invariably caused by infections in root canals, tonsils or wisdom teeth pockets. Definitely good places to start looking, even if there are no symptoms. So just to confirm.. you couldn't smell your own breath, but ...

Grunge, does your bad breath manifest in a bad taste in the mouth? Or do you not taste/smell your own breath?

I have pretty bad acid reflux but don't see how it could overpopulate my mouth with bacteria that smells and tastes like dog crap.

No real improvements since my last post. If it is a biofilm, maybe it's a different type that these ingredients don't break down, or in my sinuses where the irrigation hasn't reached. I may start sinus rinsing with these same ingredients and hopefully some improvement comes from there. The real ques...

After a week I started getting discouraged. If there were results, they were pretty minor. It has now been two weeks of irrigating tonsils and gargling 3x/day and there are finally clear signs of improvement. I'm by no means cured but today was one of the first in a long time that I've woken with ve...

We have the same symptoms so hopefully this gives me some relief. Thanks for posting this. It's inspiring to see someone break out of their nightmare and live a normal life. It gets harder and harder to stay optimistic as time goes on. I've been relying on mouth washing with chlorhexidine and hydrog...

So far the brush + gel is working well but definitely not a cure. Still struggling with PND as I feared, feels like I really need to deal with that first and foremost. The brush is making me gag now for some reason.. Yesterday I threw up in the shower while using it. I'll now only use it before meal...

So I got the TUNG brush a few days ago and wow. I've been scraping for a decade and it's almost laughable how ineffective the scrapers are compared to this brush. It's truly amazing. It practically shreds the top layer of your tongue off and leaves it nice and smooth and pink. You can tell they knew...

Have you tried nasal irrigation using iodine or other germ killers? It sounds like you might have some sort of infection or fungus in your right sinus or something. ENTs can be pretty useless when it comes to the sinuses. Mine said I had inflammation based on a CT scan and gave me steroids which I a...

Being able to smell it definitely sounds promising. If it's exposed to air flow then the oxygen and saliva alone might kill the bacteria.

Very interested to hear your progress. Good luck man!

Sounds like you had the exact same symptoms as I have. My PND is really obvious and my sinuses are OK except a tiny bit of congestion. Constant battle to keep my tongue clean and I often jet my tonsils with a waterpik containing chlorhexidine which provides slight relief. I've just ordered a Tung br...

Doubling dosage definitely helped, not by a whole lot but it's noticeable for sure.

Best time to take it is before bed, right in morning, lunch and before dinner.

Anyone get the idea of using dissolved Pepto tablets in a sinus rinse and live to tell the tale?

Or in a water pik to irrigate tonsils

On day 11 now of the recommended dose of 2 caps (150mg each) daily. No changes until day 7 and then it felt like it had reduced odor by about 50%. It's staying the same since and the taste is still there but it changed from putrid to something more like strong morning breath. Over all it seems more ...
