oral thrush aka candida looks very different to normal coated tongues, search for pics and see what I mean. If you had oral thrush you would know, most people have the tongue coating though.

Try a toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate in it. Quite hard to find but that is the chemical that dries your mouth.

If your tonsils stink then it may be an idea to consider removal.

I had a look for the accutane and bad breath information on google. No luck as of yet, but I did definitely see it. I think it involved colostrum.

Appears to be some reports of accutane causing BB.
