get the chewables as it act to nutrilize bacteria from quickly multiplying and colonizing in my mouth. sugar is really bad for my mouth, so don't get the sugar kind.

coeric, make sure it says sugarfree/chewable. sounds like you got the right one.

noptical, i take 3,000-4,000 mg a day without any mouthwash. really don't need it since saliva flow is helping alot with freshness.
