I only have mouth bb but for a while my nose and eyes itched. I notice this went away when I started using astelin 30ml nose spray. Also the accumulated mucous that I couldn't cough up was gone, so I think maybe this accumulated mucous causes itching. By the way I would only itch from evening on.

I did try to find rice milk at my local Stater Brothers and Food 4 Less but no luck. I guess I will have my cereal on those days I don't expect visitors or have doctor's appointment. Do you know which market sell rice milk?

My hubby uses this rinse at home and at work and has great breath. He is not a bb sufferer but I noticed a cleaner breath smell on him since he started using it. I will give it a try.

Aren't you afraid to choke with the plastic? It sound very dangerous having a plastic bag inside your mouth while eating and drinking liquids. PLEASE TRY ANOTHER WAY!!!

Maria if you are getting hints from your boss then why not have a talk with boss or give boss a letter and explain you have no control over your bb and that you are doing everything possible to find a solution to this problem and remind your boss you are doing a great job at work!!
