im already doing a nasal wash using baking soda and salt but i have phd so think excess mucus is rotting in places

hi yes thats what happens lingers for ages. if i do the nasal wash then eventually i get green discharge that comes out even though 90% of my pnd from my nose is white clear and fresh. i think some junk is getting stored and bacteria is forming i can smell it all day long bTW how do i wash my adenoids

Hi I have poked around with a plastic tonsil device which I bought of eBay and gone into a small hole in my tonsils however haven't seen anything. All I've ever seen in my life have been 3 stones that's are 1mm in size.

Do you think I may have larger stones. Also how can I find then and take out
