Not just any food, but you'd want to eat food with salt and maybe other electrolytes if you're gonna drink 6 glasses of water first thing in the morning maybe, to avoid a coma.

Of course you'd want to make sure you're eating somthing with all that water since otherwise you could dilute your blood electrolyte levels so much as to go into a coma, like my cousin did while playing tennis, sweating salt out of his blood, and drinking water.
