when I drink enough water, my sinuses and nose self-clean themselves by loosening up all the dried and congested mucous, enabling me to blow it all out. This helps a lot with keeping evil accumulations of bacteria in my nose which drip down and infect my mouth and tongue. Before I was drinking enoug...

I tried drinking more water and it really thinned out my nasal and sinus congestion, which in turn led to a less virulent/infected post nasal drip, which in turn may lead to less bacteria draining from the back of my nose onto my tongue and causing bad breath. With prayers for fresh breath and fulln...

Not just any food, but you'd want to eat food with salt and maybe other electrolytes if you're gonna drink 6 glasses of water first thing in the morning maybe, to avoid a coma.

Of course you'd want to make sure you're eating somthing with all that water since otherwise you could dilute your blood electrolyte levels so much as to go into a coma, like my cousin did while playing tennis, sweating salt out of his blood, and drinking water.

Jordan Rubin, in his book The Maker's Diet, says he drinks 6 8-oz glasses of water right away in the morning, or maybe 8, I can't remember. This may be part of the solution to dry mouth from overnight dehydration. In Christ, Mike

I just wrote a post a little bit ago, but for those who have other problems, try SmartMouth Mouthwash, rinsing and gargling all the way down the throat and back of tongue and between teeth. It's amazing and last twelve hours. Thankful to Christ for teaching us to seek cleanly and normal naso-pharyng...

It's the post nasal drip snot bacteria that gets on the back of the tongue and throat and thrive on dairy and sugar. Benadryl's not the answer, nor any other medication that dries the mouth, since that keeps the saliva from purifying the mouth. But when I keep the post nasal drip from contaminating ...

If you have post-nasal drip or dry mouth like me, then you have to learn to stick your tongue out and reach your tooth brush all the way back and down your throat to your epiglottis and brush side-to-side as you move back up your throat and toward the tip of your tongue. The post nasal drip and food...

when I wear an allergy mask, then I'm not dealing with post nasal drip all day long and sinus/nasal congestion festering bacteria and draining down onto the back of my tongue. That combined with SmartMouth makes a real difference. Of course the long-term solution is to maintain a dust-free environme...

Go to www.shepherdschapel.com to hear Monday 22nd's sermon from the book of Job. Even though Job was a righteous man in God's eyes, for Divine purposes God allowed him to suffer bad breath as part of his illness, his own wife and family telling him that he stank. He lost most of his friends and fami...

dip your tooth brush in the SmartMouth mixture and brush the tongue sideways and back-to-front, and the roof of the mouth in addition to rinsing and gargling.

I now believe that macroscopic post nasal drip and maybe simply nasal congestion (with microscopic bacterial drip into the mouth and posterior tongue) may be a major cause of bad bacteria in the mouth and tongue. For the first time in my life, it's come to my attention that heaters and humidity in m...
