Iv experienced very awkward car journeys in my time..... :-/

Iv tried both charcoal and chlorophyll. Im not keen on the charcoal if im honest. Im not 100% about the chlorophyll either.

Warm/hot water is healthier than cold water. Swapping hot drinks for hot water instead would do great for bad breath. Iv recently done this. I swapped the herbal teas for hot water and feel like its definitely helping.

Nose rubbing and coughing is 100% definitely a reaction to bad breath.

They're not the answer. But I do think they help alot of people.
Carrot, celery and cucumber seem.to be the best for me.

No I don't suffer from post nasal drip. Never have done.
