This is a huge result for me... I used to have to wash my hair everyday, otherwise, it would become really greasy and scalp odour would be present by night-time and start to become noticeably bad 36 hours after washing. Discussing with my gf about it, we tried several solutions and we have now imple...

Sodium Bicarbonate is great, but you have to use it in the right way. I mix Sodium Bicarbonate and water, dipping a toothbrush in and then brushing like that... If you're using it directly on a toothbrush more than a couple of times a week, it might wear down tooth enamel, as it is abrasive... white...

I have never been on anti-biotics for bb... When I went down the traditional route, they said I was imagining it, and sent me to a psychiatrist... Luckily, down the line, when my ex brought it up, it was illuminating to have someone close to me talk openly about it and give me feedback on what worke...

Gauze test is similar to the spoon test, just rub the back of your tongue in the morning with some gauze, and smell it at regular intervals (5 minutes, 30 minutes), etc... I must state that I don't do it anymore, because it is not as effective as asking another human. My ex actually knew about my BB...

Lemons are good for the human body, not just for bb, but see the attachment anyway...
