Mine is coming from both mouth and nose. People around me constantly rub their noses even if I'm not yet talking.

I have tried that too, but it didn't help me.

Do you use nasal wash/rinse/neti pot? When you had your CT scan, did you check the radiologist's report? Me too. I try to avoid foods such as milk, cheese, butter, and coffee.

I have post nasal drip, so everyday I always spit out thick phlegm/mucus. But sometimes I feel that there are still mucus left in my sinus. If the mucus stays in my sinuses for days, will it cause bad breath?
