I haven't been gargling at all. I think it is helping a lot, but of course I can't be 100% sure because this is a tricky condition.

Has anyone come to the conclusion that gargling makes your bb worse? Even if it is the non-alcohol type? I think this is the case for me.

I have met up with someone from the forums who were sure they had the problem and we could not smell each other. I was 100% honest when I told him that I could not smell a thing. I have heard of this happening to others on here too. Strangest condition ever. More like a curse.
