Hi Charley, I'm from the north of England originally, but live up in Scotland now. I think that there are a few other people from the UK that post here too, and get together now and again. We should definately all keep in touch.

I agree Thanatos, juice makes my breath HORRIBLE. It could be that the sugar in the juice will feed the K12 good bacteria, but if that was the case why would they then tell you to rinse well with water afterwards? If it's just the acid to kill everything off surely ACV or chlorohexadine would work j...
