I know a lot of sufferers get so down and disgusted with their longtime struggles. Positivity and even the ability to discuss matters falls way behind. Also I know a lot of people here don't want to post anything unless it works for them. Thanks for all you do for this forum halitosisux I do wish mo...

Still using both aspirin and pepto.
Aspirin raked along with the tongue scraping-
I'm almost positive this is what is working.
It is definitely cutting the odor omitted from my mouth.

Thanks searching... It's sad but I need coffee and wine to get me thru this life w bb. Otherwise I may be a hermit. Been doing this for 2 days. My tongue and mouth has always felt like it's fuming with bad air, even though I can never smell my breath. I just feel hot mouth that feels nasty. I've bee...

@searching
Apologies if already discussed...
Do you drink coffee in the morning? I know it's acidic, not sure how it would play into this routine.

Have you had wine or alcohol
With still good results from your breath?

Since 2008 you've been having good results, that's fantastic

Had a work up of my blood -full spectrum. The only thing to come back is low liver enzymes. I've been looking on how to treat or supplement. Eating a high fiber diet is one, but haven't found much else. Can dr. Murat or any others recommend how to treat? Other than the usual exercise and healthy dec...

For folks having success, this method of flushing may help even further. Or if you felt like you were "hitting" on your crud, this method may actually reach it. With GSE + salt. Plan on starting this, will report back http://www.medhelp.org/user_journals/show/2322/The-Sinus-Flush http://ww...

Elliott and HS and OP, etc- Do you plan to use the pseudo ephedrine and guarana? I have these 2 things plus the GSE. No sachets of neilmed salt, but I'm just going to use sea salt. Also read somewhere that Johnson's or any brand of baby tear free wash breaks thru mucus.(which protects the crud) It m...

So in your first post you thought zinc was what cured you. I agree don't want to lose my sense of smell by using it, so I'm confused

Why now lemon only? Can you explain. Congrats to you!!

Hi...
I am doing well. I have done 3 of the clay baths for mercury detox. I still have alot left to finish.
Once I do, I'm going to do another Luf.
I will then have a better idea if the detox helped me maintain my neutral breath.

Still doing well with taking 10 drops of GSE twice a day.

GOOD luck.
I'm doing my second bath today. Once I near the end of all the treatment, I'm going to do Luf and other candida killers.

I find GSE helps maintain balance, so I will keep it in my regimen.

keep us updated!
