i don't no how bad it is. but i can see a lot of peoples reactions.

bb bacteria are growing better in a low level of PH.
Baking soda brings the level in your mouth up.
i do nasal rinse, stage 1 and 2 with half a theespoon baking soda and the other half salt. it gives me at least 8 hours fresh breath.
