I am just getting over a cold/sore throat,nothing major but in my case my bb was worse, as I was coming down with the cold and also for the first few days of it. I find today it is much better, as I feel my cold is also lifting.

I find green tea actually freshens my mouth. I always have a cup first thing in the morning. Its supposed to be very good for your liver and also contains antioxidants. It might be the milk in the tea that you drink that is contributing to your bb? You may have a sensitivity to dairy?? You could try...

You could try a liver flush as described on curezone if you suspect liver as a possible cause. It may improve your liver functioning. Although I never had jaundice I also think my bb may be liver-related. I do get temporary relief from liver flushes but find them hard to do.

As I understand it, as the candida cells are broken down alot of toxins are released into the system and this can make the person feel worse initially.

They can smell like poop too, or chemicals. But they all have B.O which we don't. I don't remember reading about someone who tested positive for TMAU but didn't have B.O, it is the main symptom. Guacemole (spelling?) is a tasty dip too. Mash up an avocado with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon juice. Also plain youghurt with grated cucumber and garlic and onion, salt and pepper.
