I have some questions.... since I am a very weak person I cannot do the fasting thing but by fat ...you mean every kind of fat? even natural oils?

another thing: if you take antihistamines:STOP THEM. they are one main cause of bb. they make your sinuation 100 % worse.
I have also ordered coconut oil and tea tree oil, since I have read two people cured the infection with them ...after trying I will tell you.
