Walk...skip..run ...hop...to your local walmart, target, or wherever you shop and get a waterpik!! Like ....now!!! I use sea salt with my water pik to blast all the nasty bacteria hidden in my gum pockets. No more bleeding, no more bb, less plague build up, teeth feel a lot cleaner like i just came ...

He's refering to one of the tips that come with the Waterpik. Mine came with 6 diffrent tips. Periodintal tip is the one with the smallest outlet, nozzle if you will, that can clean your gum pockets efficiently.

For your case I would strongly recommend following my advice about a waterpik above. Should be relatively cheap on ebay or amazon. Good luck brother Amen.... A waterpik has been a life saver for me. It flushed out most of the bb bacteria in the gum pockets thereby the odor is eliminated or reduced.

I find the combination of the probiotics, called Pro-Dental, and a waterpik works wonders. I think it's extremely prudent to use both if you can afford them as they form a 1,2 punch against bb. BOL!!

I bought one 3 days ago and my gum bleeding stops completely. Breath stays fresh longer, like at least 10 hrs and after that i can hardly smell any odor. I just thought it's an awesome tool to have in your repertoire. Anyone here uses one?
