i tried eating yoghurt minimun once a day to fight bb, but it didn't do good. neither did this probiotic drinks/joghurt. so i stopped eating dairy one day. can't say if it makes a difference, but i like it

it's alkaline because of the ingredients (like baking soda, etc.). i doubt that it would help to fight the smelly gases in my case, because treatment with baking soda made things much worse. xylitol doesnt bother my "bad" bacteria either (i tried xylitol-drops, xylitol-powder to rinse/brus...

it's not really kinda product he wants to sell personally, it seems to be logic from a bio-chemical sight (coconutoil ingredients!)... even it is a quite natural product (bonus!). i may try it

sounds quite logic... know that there are nose-sprays with natriumchloride and zinc (against cold). so it probably should at least not do any harm to the mucosa in the nose?!?!

1) i feel bad odor when my mouth is closed, but more like tasting it on the tonge, or having it in my pharynx. hard to explain
sometimes i feel/taste normal, but smell something when exhaling in the nose-direction.

2) i dont feel or smell anything when sneezing.

yesterday my husband told me i had nose odor. but he couldnt classify it (i had mouth-odor too, but he told me it was different). i didnt smell it myself and am becoming very paranoid. i always took for granted at least my nose-breath has no odor...

br, that's too bad... have you considered to use a machine to measure your bb? i think ive heard of some japanese handy breath-tester. some of their mobile phones could measure it too.
