And the reason I'm doing things in the order I am is because I don't have dental insurance so I'm trying to eliminate the less costly possibilities first before I potentionally shell out $1000+ on wisdoms if its not the cause.

Smells are usually fecal and when it's really bad it's nasal as well. I'm seeing my primary in a few days to check for food allergies and h.pylori. I've heard about use of flagyl and metro, I may see if he will prescribe to see of it has any affect
