I'm so tired of these bullsh*t ass cures that have been recycled over and over again on this forum. Are there any new and fresh ideas? It seems like this whole thing just takes us in one big circle.

btw I 've tried betonite clay before as suggested on this site and it did nothing for me.

it amazes me that this site has been up for years and no one has ever went to a metabolic disorder specialist or endocrinologist other than maybe tmau sufferers. I'm def going to add it to my check list.

I stopped drinking milk awhile ago but only just recently eliminated all dairy from my diet. I've taken lactase supplements one time before but only the recommend dosage. I'm wondering if I should have taken megadoses because I'm not sure if my body is digesting dairy at all.

I know that with tmau the body does not digest choline therefore it sits in the body and is passed through the bloodstream and excreted in bodily fluids/lungs. Thanks Stankie for the reply. Probiotics seem to not help me for any length of time I've taken them. I've took them on and off for years, the longest time I took probiotics was for about a month. I've never taken real expensive brands but I think my next choice will be cultrelle.
