Hey Jen, I use the Gentian root capsules (one along with every meal) and the Enzyme tabs (2-3 with every meal) regularly. If this doesnt suffice and if my gut feels perturbed ...I use Chelidonium 30C (4-5 pallets) ...this will work 100% for me...but if I am still more skeptical I take Arsenum Album ...
