No one will give you the honest answer and you can't smell yourself. That's what makes this problem even harder to tackle. You have no idea what makes you better or worse.

Not sure if nasal rinse is the culprit. If I'm not wrong, my BB started coming from the nose as well the day I was introduced to nasal rinse. It might be other factors though.

I don't think there's any difference when I do nasal rinse now.

I'm healthy otherwise. No other signs and symptoms other than room filling nasal and oral bad breath. The smell is a lot more potent when I am on my period. I have seen tens of specialists and done numerous tests, but no abnormality is found. I had my tonsils removed, so that's no the cause too.
