You may be able to go thru extreme pain for a short term solution but this is not the answer

I have never heard someone say that they have gone on a raw food diet and now eat normally without BB...

I would say to visit a naturopath and get your diet looked at. Stay away from cheese if you can... If you can eat a bag of doritos and be ok, you would have mild BB compared to a lot of ppl on here. However unfortunately you can go from mild to strong in a short amount of time.. Its better to change...

i tested positive for h.pylori and they put me on the 3 types of antibiotics (Klacid Hp7) followed by antacids (Rabeprazole - which is supposed to reduce the amount of acids in the stomach). Has anyone tried Rabeprazole? I am using the brand Pariet.

I agree Wnaysha.. I switched from coffee to green tea at work as it was obvious that coffee was making my BB worse. However now even the green tea is just as bad.. I drink it plain (organic green teabags) and it gives me that sour acidic taste on my tongue.

I finally have an appointment with an ENT this week so hopefully something will come of that..
