Everything is still good with me. I'm keeping up with my routine every day. And I'm going to start brushing with salt. I am a gym buff... have worked out and done cardio till I almost passed out, Did nothing for my breath.....

Do you use sea salt? Or regular table salt? Or does it matter?

Just mouth taste... And its nothing major... Believe me I know about stinking after brushing my teeth.

Hi Stulla yes the effects are still the same. I did change from tea tree oil to GSE and that has made it even better I think!

If I ever feel like I'm not so fresh all I have to do is brush my teeth and I'm golden. I've been feeling great!
