i still have amalgam fillings. are those symptoms of mercury poisoning? my mouth also feels hot (but i think it's from mouthwash overload - baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide - all within a few hours of each other)

how will i know if i have yeast/candida? what sorts i tests should i undergo to determine whether or not i have it? and what sort of doctor specializes on treatments for candida? i think doctors here would just assume i'm referring to vaginal yeast infection

what is 3% hydrogen? i bought this hydrogen peroxide, it just says "10 volumes." the other one says "20 volumes." there's no mention of percentage anywhere, and those were the only ones available. i don't even know what "10 volumes" means...

so did all these not work? this is quite discouraging, i should say. i feel so hopeless. sigh

I'm just using oracare and hydrogen peroxide plus i just started taking flora balance, hopefully it would work. Uy, ano yung flora balance? Did it help you with bb? Share naman. do oracare and hydrogen peroxide work? what's the regimen for that? and if i don't have time to brush, will oracare work ...
