here's the deal on the gels

Here's the problem with most of the gels, including what comes with the tung brush; most of them contain SLS, sodium lauryl sulfate, a soap and drying agent. The zinc itself is drying but the combination is over the top. I cannot use these items at all. How can it be said that this is the best thing...

try stopping it...

I used it when it first came out several years ago. I was excited about the slickness I felt on my teeth; and how it brought down the coating on my tongue. However, my breath was not good; and continued to get worse over time. Finally, I stopped it and my friend told me I smelled like rotting meat a...

been there done that

Hi Bluerain: It's funny how all of us with the same problem seem to come up with similar ideas about how to deal with the problem. I too, crushed up tablets and brushed with them. I can't think of any zinc products or vitamins that worked for me. However, a researcher in Buffalo, NY, said they, in t...

cure chasers

There's a perilous route out there being taken by many people and it is cure chasing. Someone appears on a website and suddenly by virtue of their presence and their claim of a cure; people will suddenly give them credibility. Why would people come on though to do such things? Because people are ***...

read your story....

Obviously, you have been thru a lot at a young age. You seem very mature in the way you describe your situation; I read thru your curezone post. It's so crazy that we have to endure such a matter as smelling up things; people not wanting to get infected with our odor. But we have to endure. We have ...

killer mouthwash

(this ought to kill all those bad, odorous bacteria) The stinky face mouthwash: start by eating 3 jalapenos (they will kill your sense of taste and smell) 1 jar battery acid (gargle until you feel the flesh coming off) 1Tbs triclosan (good antibacterial to clean up mess from acid Rinse with one gall...

read ingredients

Hi: well, I looked up the Cuprident toothpaste and found that it has SLS in it. It sounded interesting up to that point. It amazes me that so many of these so-called manufacturers of dental products still use this stuff. I think the point of the stuff is to create a foaming action; some people don't...

the quiz

Oil pulling is something that could be beneficial to a over-sensitive, chemically assaulted mouth. I've done it a few times. I think it depends on the oil and it's properties. It would probably be considered one of the safer things to do for your oral tissue. I'm also thinking that maybe we should a...

Listerine

You know I see so many people who suffer with bb making their own problems worse. We should know the basics; any alcohol in a product will not work; it will only create more odor; in the long run it will cause a chronic dryness. It would be better to use nothing than something that makes it worse. B...

no impossibilities

I don't think your theory is possible Hi Busted: There's only one response I can give and that's that any thing is possible. Think of all the things we assumed were incorrect or impossible throughout the ages and proved to be the opposite. I just want to say we can't close our minds to any avenues a...

amalgams

Jimi: It could very well be that these mecury fillings created a toxic environment that was the catalyst for the overgrowth of bacteria. I had mecury fillings myself. However, the cause could be different things for different people. In some cases the mercury could have caused a change; in other cas...

HI Jimi: It's Laura from your sister site at Breathhelp4u. I wanted to make a few comments today about what I've been reading on your site (which is great by the way) and urge us all to compile our theories and experiment as much as possible. I was reading a post that was a good description of what ...

The Petition is on!

Hello everyone; We seem to have become a motivated group these days, because we have volunteers who are willing to collect data for the petition. Not only are we collecting data within the english speaking world, we have people working in other countries, collecting names and info, who will join in ...

Well, you're sure in the same boat as most of us who frequent these sites. You have done most of what is currently possible, with the exception of maybe considering other issues such as TMAU and hormonal imbalance. Most of us don't even go as far as you do with oral hygeine and treatment; you will k...

Yes

Hi Bloorain: I've actually used diflucan for I think it was one or two days for a yeast infection, female, caused by antibiotics. Years ago I tried the antifungal route with another one, I can't for the life of me think of it right now, it was a liquid I took for a week I think. It will be nothing b...
