meowkity1, *How long have you been off the metronidazole? *Did it make a significant difference? *How much did you take every 8 hours...200mg or 400mg? I am thinking of trying it out with probiotics after these antibiotics. I have noticed that B2 is helping some. Any info would be helpful. Thanks!

jiazzsy,

I have been on it for about a week. Some days I take it twice and some days three times. I am trying very hard to be on schedule with it. I have noticed improbement, but today it seems it's bad again. I am not following any kind of diet. Maybe that's where the problem lies.

Snoopsister,

Are you following a diet or just taking the golden seal?

I am taking Golden Seal, Vit. E and Echinacea--no diet. I find it is helping. Not completely gone, but not smelling up the car. I sure hope it continues to get better. I have been on it for a week, taking 2-3 times a day.

Sadman, How is the light working for you? Still good results? I ordered the light and I think I am getting good results, but they don't seem to last. I gargle with 1:1 water/H2O2 for 30 sec. then I use the light for about 10 minutes. I move the light in different directions and then I try to point i...

BHD,

So it took 1-2 weeks before you noticed a difference? What about trace amounts in foods--did that affect your breath? I will keep at it, but I'm just not sure. HUH I hate this!

I am wondering... from those who have gotten relief, how long before you are completely free of the bb. Please post your experience and results. I think of few of us f...

I think it is helping me, but I cheat too often and therefore it's not a 100%. I am trying to take "Lactase" when I cheat. It's just in everything!
