You guys should all read this book called "Bright Sided"... this positive thinking psuedo-science BS is something I'd recommend everyone STAY AWAY from.

dude... go see an ENT or get your parents or someone in your community to get you to one. you need to get your sinuses, tonsils checked out. Also a dentist for your teeth and gums incase that's the problem.

well i got my deviated septum fixed and my tonsils out, both were relatively severe the ENT tells me, so recovery will be rough. lets see where i am in a couple of weeks, right now im as miserable as can be expected, but just maybe this is it.
