UPDATE After the 1st few days of antibio use my bb came back and by the end of treatment it was worse but I expected this b/c my bb is fungal related and after killing all my good bac the candida had a field day. Came across this site about an interesting mouthwash called FIRST Mary's Mouthwash it contains an antibiotic (tetracycline) and an antifungal (nystatin). There's still a U.S. patent pending so I'm not sure if it's available in the U.S. yet or not b/c there's such vague info about this product online...

Has anyone tried this regimen? Not did only a few things listed but did it completely. Did you get any relief? This seems effective alternating between the different oxygenating and anti-bacterial approaches.
