ive tried everything short of electromagnetic therapy lol. havent found any supplements or products that work, for more than a cpl hours anyway. had my adenoids and tonsils removed , and sinuses opened up. Now i just need a toungectomy. lol. still have PND but it doesnt seem to be as infected as bef...

had my adenoids out 3 months ago. opened up my sinuses better than the drilling i had 10 yrs ago. lol . alot less infection, also have my tonsils out. both tonsils and adenoids Doc said smelled horrible. my tongue is still a problem tho. : /
