What about mixing yogurt with keifer? Kefir has probiotics that yogurt doesnt contain and yogurt has 2 that Kefir doesnt contain (S thermophilus and L Bulgaricus)

I think our best bet is to try Sweet's method. Im gonna try the oxygen serum the first day only unless it works. Im also going to start taking high doses of other probiotics like around 200billion/day.

Bleh, as a test can u try it once without using the Aktiv Oxygen serum to c if there is any difference?

Do you use the mouthwash that comes with the probiotics and do you use probiotics once or twice a day? I should be getting mine on tue/wed.

Wow, too bad i have colgate total which does contain tricloson which makes mouth very dry and hence the bb gets worse with it.

Sweets, sorry to bug u again, but in ur daily regime u dont take the aktiv oxygen. Do you think its wiser to just use the K12 Blis and exclude the mouthwash and can u just buy the K12 Blis without the aktiv oxygen stuff. Thanks
