Re: Chlorine Bleach, diluted with water, as mouthwash

As i posted before, I had great results with this mouthwash, but slowly I started to see some "little darkish stains" on some of my teeth, so I freak out and stop for a while with the mouthwash. The stains seems to get darker with the repetitive use, and seems to slowly banish if I stop. ...

I've been using this method, most mornings, for 2 months thus far, with excellent results in managing BB.

I've observed no negative side effects.

It has provided a wonderful boost to my self-confidence.

I place 15 drops of bleach, i.e. 5.25wt% sodium hypochlorite, aqueous solution + water = 10 to 15X the amount of bleach solution, for dilution, mix, swish/swirl/gargle for 1 minute, then spit out the used solution. Note: this is diluted sodium hypochlorite, i.e. diluted bleach solution, not chlorin...

I stopped short of mentioning and questioning why bleach would be so beneficial when the effect of chlorine dioxide, unfortunately, often appears to wear off. Perhaps there is a simple explanation. Perhaps the antimicrobial action of chlorine dioxide is too broad to allow the emergence of a more be...

Just something worth considering - bleach completely oxidizes TMA into TMAO. If your mouth and tongue are saturated with TMA, then it's a possibility that this is why it's helping so much. Halitosisux, Thanks for offering the theory. In my case, I do not think the beneficial effect of bleach is due...

I’ve been using this method for about 6 weeks and it continues to provide excellent results with no observed, negative, side effects thus far. I use it once, most mornings, after brushing with ordinary toothpaste. The bleach taste vanishes about 15 minutes after using the freshly-made solution, swis...

This has clearly provided, for me, the most-effective way of managing BB, that I've ever tried. I've been using this method for 3 weeks thus far. Incidentally, chemically: - ordinary table salt is sodium chloride, formula NaCl. - bleach is sodium hypochlorite, formula NaOCl. Chemically, the differen...

The Mix I made, it has undoubtedly bleach taste. Searching, do you find that bleach taste in your solution too? ER, Yes, my dilute solution has a strong, bleach taste as well. It is unpleasant; however, I've found that the good, fast results are very worthwhile. I too, use it in the morning, while ...

Chlorine Bleach, diluted with water, as mouthwash (start with only few drops!!!)

I’ve recently started using ordinary chlorine bleach, diluted with water, as a mouthwash. For me, it is the most-effective, least-expensive treatment I’ve ever received to control BB. I first read this in Hal's post seen here . • Jimi S. linked information using chlorine bleach diluted with water se...

Re: Instant easy and cheap cure !!

I was wondering if it was safe to use diluted bleach as a mouth wash. I looked it up on Google and sure enough it is. The ratio of common bleach ( not concentrated ) is slightly less then 2 teaspoons of bleach to 8 ozs of water...gently stir and use it as mouth wash. It said you can do it twice a w...

I’ve been a forum member since 2007. It’s an intriguing problem I/we cope with. I’ve experimented with many methods. I’m doing okay. I manage my condition versus curing my condition. For me I think the following theory applies and the following techniques work such that I have a normal work, social,...
